This hotel suits me perfectly with free Wi-Fi, a great fitness center, and 24-hour reception. I still remember how the staff helped find my lost ring during my first stay. Ava from the executive lounge is always so friendly! I'd recommend it for a great experience. I'm coming back for the new year!

The hospitality from the team proved remarkable, especially Haley and Eddie at reception. The concierge service by Tom made all the difference in my stay. The hotel is conveniently located near the metro, making it easy to navigate the city.

The suite was spacious, beautifully presented, and immaculate, with a particularly comfortable bed and pillows. Breakfast offered a delightful selection of both traditional Chinese and Western dishes, with attentive staff who went above and beyond, even personally delivering dishes to guests. The gym and pool facilities were exceptional, well-maintained, and clean, although a cooler temperature in the gym would enhance the experience. While the location offered convenience in some aspects, the lack of nearby quality restaurants was a drawback.

my stay at jw marriott was fantastic. the breakfast was really fine, especially the live cooking station offering wonton. the staff was friendly, accommodating, and spoke good english. it’s also close to the subway and xi-dan shopping area, which was super convenient. the pool and health facilities were amazing, perfect after a long day of exploring!
